I have spoken to both Ali and Sam on the phone, but it was Sam who I met with in person. Both were super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel reassured before buying my VW Scirocco from AutoPlex. Collection after making the initial enquiry was speedy but still thorough. Took the car home same day as viewing. Super happy with the purchase. Car had been MOT’d and serviced. The car is in excellent condition and was valeted just before I arrived at AutoPlex. Due the excellent condition of the 2015 Audi A1 1.6 TDI S Line S Tronic and the excellent customer service, we purchase the vehicle and drove it away today within an hour and a half. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team, especially Sam, for helping me buy my Volkswagen CC. This is my first car in the UK, and I was very worried about the buying process and whether I would be scammed. During the purchase, we found out that the air conditioner wasn't working. Sam quickly helped me schedule a refill and reimbursed the cost. This was very nice and showed a high level of service. However, what really touched me were the human qualities of Sam and his team. On my way home, my blood pressure rose, and I felt unwell. Sam and his staff came to my aid and didn't leave me in trouble. Their job seemed to be just to sell the car professionally, but they showed genuine care and support. I am Ukrainian and will recommend Sam and his team to all my fellow countrymen.
